When DJ Muggs and Da Cloth member Rigz linked up for the stellar 2022 collaboration album Gold you didn't think that was the last time any Da Cloth member would rock with the Soul Assassins? In 2023 the word was out Rochester, N.Y. own Mooch hinted to us of work with the Cypress Hill producer. February 5, 2024 we get our first glimpse of what Mooch and DJ Muggs have manifested from the upcoming March 29, 2024 album #ROCSTAR as the first single and music video "Trumpets" has arrived. The black and white visuals directed by NewHigh Filmz embody the atmospheric dark elements provided by Mooch's lyrics and DJ Muggs' audio cinema for "Trumpets".
